Giveaway Terms

The Orb Amulets launch giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is run by Doux Relics LLC (“we”, “us”). By entering, you agree to these terms.
No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
How to enter
Join the Orb Amulets text list at orbamulets.com by submitting your mobile number and confirming your subscription. Each confirmed mobile number counts as one entry. One entry per person and per phone number. Entries close the moment the live drawing begins (see Dates below).
You must still be subscribed to the text list when the drawing takes place. If you leave the list before the drawing (by replying STOP), your entry is withdrawn.
Who can enter
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Members of the sponsor’s household are not eligible.
Dates
The Giveaway opened in October 2026. The full product reveal is planned for late 2026. The drawing takes place one week after the reveal, the day before pre-orders open. The exact date and time of the drawing will be announced on Instagram (@douxit) and by text to the list at least one week in advance. Entries received after the drawing begins are not eligible.
Prizes
Three winners. Each winner receives one Orb Amulet in each of the four sizes — four pendants in total — with an approximate retail value of $1,320 ($330 each). Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $3,960.
Prizes ship with the first pre-orders, currently planned for early 2027; the delivery date may move. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except by us if a prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be provided. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
How winners are chosen and notified
Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries, performed live on Instagram (@douxit). Winners are notified by text message within 48 hours of the drawing and must reply with a shipping address within 7 days. If a winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner is drawn.
Winners may be announced on Instagram and to the text list by first name and last initial.
Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. Because each prize is worth more than $600, winners will be asked for the information required for tax reporting (IRS Form 1099) before the prize ships.
Your information
Phone numbers are used to run the text list and this Giveaway. They are never sold or shared for marketing by anyone else. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to leave the list, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
General
We may disqualify entries that are automated, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these terms. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason outside our reasonable control (including technical failure or a legal requirement), we may modify, suspend, or cancel it, and will say so on Instagram and by text. Our decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. You release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility connected with it.
